This day of bliss will include baking raspberry muffins, power yoga, drawing and/or colouring, shopping for plants, and reading Daughter of Fortune while my cat plays in the yard.

On this day I am grateful to have such peace in my life, and the privilege of mobility. I can move whenever and wherever I like, without terror in my life. My family members are not persecuted, I don’t fear being tear gassed or arrested when I leave the house, and I live in a very peaceful city.

Everyone’s morning should begin with a cup of herbal tea specific to their physiology, an hour of meditation which includes writing in a journal or dream journal, and yoga to open the body and centre the soul.
